Pros: Good location! Near to shopping, site-seeing and metro. Surrounded by food. Starbucks at the lobby, pharmacy nearby. Easy to locate the hotel. Friendly receptionist and staff at breakfast area put in effort to ensure that the food is palatable. Everything is well kept and clean. Cons WiFi and data connection are poor in the room. Quite often we are unable to tap online.

The WiFi in my room was quite unstable. I had to constantly move to get a workable signal which was not that strong to begin with. It shouldn't be this way. It seemed to work fine in the lobby. So, it must be the location of my room, but this is something they could easily improve, if they wanted.

Location, service, and food was great!

Front desk were helpful and kind as they helped me with my airline ticket issues which was a great help. Good food at breakfast, but they would highly more rated if they have egg cooked fresh per order. Tea pot chipped that need replacement. But over all a good place , great location, great service by the staff.

The location of the hotel is good. It is a little bit loud, from the bedroom you can hear other guests. Breakfast is ok. The key of the room was deactivated every time we went out. One day they didn’t clean our room even though we put the “please make my room” sign on the door. Its ok, a 6 out of 10.

Having stayed at other Ramada hotels around the world I expected a certain level of service. Sadly, it was terrible from the moment we set foot on this hotel. The hotel Manager had a terrible disposition from the minute I spoke with him at check in. I had our reservation number, but I had noted the wrong address on my itinerary. That was my mistake, I know. However, he did not bother to look up the reservation number and simply called a taxi. I told him I did not want a taxi and he insisted the taxi was already on the way. The taxi driver quoted us double the price of the Uber. I believe the Hotel Manager was in on this. It turned out we did go to the right hotel and we had to return. The remainder of our stay was as bad as the initial check in. Th hotel Manager was dismissive and ignored our requests every time. We tried to avoid interacting with him, but he instructed other staff not to talk to us. So, we were forced to go through him. One day we asked for directions to the ferry and he literally let out a big sigh and slumped his shoulders as he gave us directions. It felt like we had just asked a teenager to clean their room. Basic necessities in the room had to be called and asked for daily and hours would pass until we got them delivered. Avoid this hotel!

sadece 1 gecelik koanklama için yazılacak çok bir şey yok aslında ama genel olarak evet kaliteli, misafirperver, kibar olarak değerlendirebilirim fakat sabah saat 8 olmadan başlayan temizlik için gürültü son derece kötü ve rahatsız edici idi kaldığımız 3 kat lokasyonundan görevli olan bayan yada kişiler okadar sesli ve dikkatsiz derecede temizlik yapıyorlardı ki herşey çok rahatsız edici idi oda çıkış saatını 12:00/12:300 giriş saatini de 14:00 boşuna yapılmıyor sabah çıkış yapılsa dahi yan odada konaklama yapan birileri var ise ki vardı bukadar da sesli temizlik ve kalkın hadi dercesine tak tuk tarafımızca hiç hoş karşılanmadı açıkçası okadar konaklama deneyimi olan bir olarak yazıyorum ki olmadı diye bilirim bu saat sistemini boşun yapmamışlar değilmi !!!!!
