Hotel bardzo brudny, zaniedbany Sala śniadaniowa nie sprzątana. Brudne podłogi stoliki. Sniadanie bardzo ograniczone od 8-40 do 9-15 puste talerze po 19 minutach ponownie puste talerze. Sniadanie teoretycznie zaczyna się o 7-30 ale o 7-45 nic nie było jeszcze przygotowane nawet maszyna do kawy nie była włączona. Pokoje brudne ściany pełne kurzu łazienka tez brudna. Obsługa nie mówi w języku angielskim nawet na recepcji ciężko się dogadać Nie polecam tego hotelu

Hotel was okay, second visit to the hotel, swimming pool and breakfast was nice, bed was comfortable, wifi was slow on the first night there were problems with the water but was later rectified over all a decent hotel

Nice place
Located within walking distance of bazaar and famous landmarks including Hagia Sofia. Very good location for a culture tour. Food places and shops line the streets in the area and the metro tram runs very close. Swimming pool and spa looked very nice, rooms are a little small and breakfast was included.

Nice but noisy
Lots of facilities. Great breakfast. Generally clean and modern but the carpet let it down in a big way. Also, the noise from the passing teams made for a terrible night’s sleep :(

We had a great stay. Convenient and staff were extremely obliging. Would recommend. Breakfast great. Yes, pool is downstairs but really nice, you wouldn’t know as ceiling is done with clouds and trees. Turkish bath, sauna wonderful.

Good location in Old City near tram, rail and ferries and within walking distance of Topkapi Palace, Haghia Sophia, Blue Mosque etc. Plenty of eateries nearby including local cuisine and Western fast food brands and convenience stores on the doorstep.Onsite spa free to residents with small pool, Turkish bath, sauna and steam. Guest room was compact but with stylish and modern furnishings, aircon and well-fitted ensuite shower room. Would have benefited from the addition of a chair (a single padded stool was provided), hooks in bathroom/bedroom, holder for shampoo etc. in shower and a bin in bedroom. Friendly, helpful staff who speak reasonable English and Russian. Some noise from passing trams, call to prayer, passersby etc. but this adds to atmosphere and is not too intrusive. OK breakfast included in room rate with variety of hot and cold options. All in all, a solid, good value option, particularly for those wanting to visit the spa daily.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay, hotel staff were friendly and helpful, spa facilities were great. Added bonus - hotel was within walking distance of major attractions. We'll be happy to stay here again.

Buena ubicación pero calidad básica
La ubicación del hotel está super bien. Se puede ir andando a varios puntos de interés en la ciudad. El desayuno es pobre y con calidad baja. Se paga para cualquier servicio extra incluido piscina. No aconsejo comer o cenar ahí. Es caro y calidad mediana.

Μέτριο ξενοχειο σε καλό σημείο
Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο με εύκολη πρόσβαση στα μέσα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ωραίο λίγο μικρό αλλά οκ . Η ηχομόνωση ήταν ανύπαρκτη το χαλί ήτανε βρώμικο όπως και η τοίχοι. Θετικό ήταν ότι η καθαριότητα γινόταν κάθε μέρα. Πλούσιο πρωινό.

Ligging is perfect, 2 minuten van de tram en trein, allerlei winkeltjes rondom. Mooi zwembad. Kamers slecht vieze vloerbedekking en veel schimmel badkamer., meubilair kapot. k kreeg een andere kamer die beter was alleen de vloerbedekking was daar ook vies. Zeer gehorig dunne muurtjes en wifi heel slecht je moest ervoor naar de lobby.

A ÉVITER CETTE HOTEL Arrivé avec mon véhicule l’hôtel prend en charge le véhicule pour le ramène dans un parking a mes frais jusqu’à la pas de soucis mais a la récupération mon véhicule abîmé et il ni le tous soit disant que cela n’était pas de leur faute Petit déjeuner très peu riche Service nul prestations nul ET SURTOUT LE RECEPTIONNISTE impolie et insultant Hôtel à éviter absolument

muy buen hotel a buen precio y ubicación excelente
Dar las gracias al personal que en todo momento estubo a nuestra disposición aclarando cualquier duda y solucionando nuestros problemas En especial a Sevdi, Orhan y al chico del restaurante y al chico que estaba por las tardes que nos acompaño al restaurante y otros sitios. Si vuelvo a Estambul seguro que será este mi hotel.
