Location in the Sisli neighbourhood was good and close to the clinic I was visiting. Staff were helpful. Hotel maintenance was poor, the first room we were allocated has a issue with the shower stall which failed to drain causing the bathroom to overflow after every shower. After raising the issue with the hotel staff, they confirmed it was a known issue and flagged for repair. It surprised me that they still allowed the room to be occupied despite knowing it has a drainage issue. The new room allocated was much better but the TV in the room was damaged with a broken screen, thankfully we did not need to use the TV.
