Clean Hotel with Good Service, but Communication…

We stayed at Cevahir Hotel and overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean and the staff were kind and helpful during our stay. However, before our arrival we felt some hesitation because the hotel sent several emails asking about our exact arrival time, which felt a bit excessive. Also, when I called to provide the information, the girl who answered the phone started the conversation with a very unprofessional way and i hesitated whom i called to which was quite irritating.

I had a great time in the Cevahir hotel. It was my 6th time staying at the hotel. It's close to the islands and near to the metro and ferry port. The breakfast was lovely, room service was excellent and the indoor pool was open. Esra on reception organized a late checkout and was extremely helpful. I will be back!

This was a fantastic place everything was so clean everybody was so attentive rooms are nice. Just across from he street from the sea. Only about ten blocks from the train/metro and another ten from streets lined with restaurants and shops. There were grocery shops every block or so along with fresh markets.

Very comfortable

Room very comfortable, a little dark. The service was only partially helpful, but that’s mostly due to my inability with the language.

A big hotel with only one seating area. Breakfast was great with lots of options, hot and cold. To get to the pool you have to go downstairs and through the spa and gym area then show your room number to be let through the barriers. Then up 2 flights of stairs to get to the pool. Manager on site dealt with any issues within minutes.

Hotel was spot on for everything we wanted. Also within walking distance to the metro, which made getting around easy. Will defo stay there again.
