Für meinen Eisenbahnurlaub perfekt

Gemütliches Zimmer mit schönen Möbeln, Balkon und bester Sicht auf die Eisenbahnstrecke (perfekt da es eine Reise ist, mit der ich die türkischen Bahnen kennenlernen will), Koffer wirde mir sogar hochgetragen, ein Service den ich sonst nur aus Geschichten kenne, sehr breites bequemes Doppelbett, in dem ich sogar besser als zuhause geschlafen habe, Fußläufige Distanz zum Bahnhof Pendik, noch näher ist der S-Bahnhof Kaynarca. Läuft man die ErolKaya entlang zahlreiche Einkehr- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, das Meer wäre ebenso nicht weit (man muss nur irgenwie über die 6-spurige Straße kommen). Stadtteil obwohl touristisch (die ErolKaya hat mich optisch stellenweise an den Ballermann erinnert) eher auf innertürkische Touristen ausgerichtet und deswegen bezahlbare Preise, nur ins Stadtzentrum fährt man ganz schön lang, wenn man unbedingt da hin will... ;-)

Eğer bütçeniz sınırlaysa güvenle kalabileceğiniz ve temizlik sorunu yaşamayacağınızı düşündüğüm bir otel. Ama ekonomik butik otel mi, normal fiyatlı ortalama bir otel mi diye düşününce, bence ikinci. Ortak kullanım alanları daha nitelikli ama odalar vasat. Duşakabin, şampuanlar, malzeme kalitesi adına beklentiniz olmamalı. Uyumak için tamam. Ben “bu paraya butik otel varken daha fazla vermeye gerek yok” diye kaldım. Gelecek sefer biraz daha verip daha iyi bir yerde kalırım. Çünkü odada zaman geçirdim.

Приємні власники, які турбуються про гостей. Чисто, сильний тиск гарячої води в душі (це особливо важливо коли на вулиці прохолодно). Опалення + кондиціонер. Сніданок включений в ціну (чай/кава хліб, джеми, мед, масло, оливки, троха білого сиру, яйце). З недоліків - це район Pendik а відповідно часто пролітають літаки, та лінія метро Мармарай. Хоча вночі їх не було чути. З іншого боку до аеропорту можна доїхати громадським транспортом (автобус коштував ~7 лір по istambul kart)

Ett litet hotell med bra kommunikationer och promenadavstånd till Pendik centrum. Tar inte heller särskilt lång tid att ta sig till flygplatsen (SAW) med taxi. Negativt under vår två nätter långa vistelse var att personalen var oengagerad. Ungefär som om det var ett stort opersonligt hotell. Detta märktes tydligt vid t ex frukosten. Hotellet ligger också i ett område med mycket ljud i omgivningarna, så räkna inte med ett helt tyst rum ens nattetid.

Friendly family-run hotel near Pendik station

Very friendly family runs this hotel next to a park and near the Pendik high-speed rail station. English spoken. My room was quite adequate, though its lack of sound-proofing became evident due to noisy guests staying on the same floor. Breakfast is standard Turkish buffet, but one can get Turkish coffee instead of instant -- very nice!

Airport hotel

I thought there was an airport transfer but turns out not. But taxi cost 60 lira and took 10 to 15 minutes. Elchin made check-in easy and I found the room great. There was a little noise from the street, traffic. But it is close to restaurants in Pendik.

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel fidandoci dell'alto punteggio di feedback, purtroppo vengono meno le condizioni essenziali di un buon hotel! Le camere non sono insonorizzate e si sente ogni aereo che passa e ogni treno in transito, letto scomodissimo e pulizia da migliorare, non fosse sufficiente acqua fredda e condizionatore bloccato a 13 gradi. Il personale e la proprietaria sono molto gentili e cordiali ma con dispiacere non si può lasciare una recensione positiva, spero sia utile ad altri

Welcoming and comfortable

I had a layover in Istanbul and wanted to stay close to the airport. The hotel is located about 20 minutes by taxi from Sabiha-Gökcen Airport and I was very pleased with my stay. The area is a small suburb, but the surroundings are beautiful and the city can be reached by train or metro, which are within walking distance from the hotel. The staff was lovely, and since I would miss the free breakfast because of my early flight, I was offered to have breakfast upon my arrival, though it was already past breakfast time. The only downsides are that some of the receptionists almost don't speak English at all, though I was able to get around that by speaking Russian, and that the wi-fi was bad.

Excellent for transit to Sabihe Gökçen airport

Excellent spot to stay if you are in transit (like we were) between another city in Turkey (Eskisehir in our case, arriving by train at Pendik station) and Sabihe Gökçen airport, and need to stay over. The breakfast is not too good, but the quality / price ratio of the rest is excellent.

Остановился в отеле поскольку нужна была близость с клиникой ..В отеле без звезд оставался впервые..и не пожалел..фото представленные владельцами о своем отеле не качественные..На самом деле очень просторные и светлые номера с множеством окон ,чистота и оригинальность..в номере новые душевые..сначала оставался в трехместном а позже в двухместном номере..оба очень понравились..когда остался один хотел переехать в одноместный чтоб не переплачивать,но хозяева просто поменяли мне сумму к оплате и оставили в прежнем номере.за что им огромный респект!!!Единственный минус отеля как и всех отелей этого района это близость к аэропорту и соответсвенно полет самолетов над голововами каждые 2мин вам обеспечен...радует что ночью этого не бывает..рядом с отелем в 100 метрах набережная где можно прогуляться и даже пожарить шашлыки на мангале прямо на газоне..много кафешек и уютных мест.В целом очень доволен!!!

İsletmeden kaynakli olmayan ufak bir problemle karsilasmis olmamiza ragmen, bize negatif olarak bunu hissettirmeden cozumlediler. Misafirperverlikleri ve güleryüzleri icin tesekkur ederim. Oda yeterli buyuklukte ve temizdi. Bu bölgede bir otelde kalmam gerekirse yine kendilerini tercih ederim.
