The location was in the center of historic sites and with plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. The manager on site was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was good. The property however needs work to bring to standard. Bathroom caulking around the shower and sink has visible signs of molds. Electricity went out twice during our stay.

Great stay in the King suite. The location is very convenient, and many cultural sites are easily walkable. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. They assisted us with transport to/from the airport. We would highly recommend this place.

Small home like motel with excellent service. Friendly and helpful staff. Location was walking distance to all the signs such as The Blue Mosque and Haggis Sofia. Shopping was convenient and many restaurants nearby. It was difficult to locate due to not have a sign but the locals helped us find it at 2 am.

Aydin, Ruhi and staff all lovely. Very short walk to dining street, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar and ferries. Wonderful being able to have coffee and breakfast in our room before dealing with the outside world!

Very basic and small rooms but, as long as you’re not paying too much, it delivers very well. There is a breakfast, which isn’t very sophisticated, but as long as you like bread, cheese, ham, etc then it can be a good start to the day.

Best hospitality. Staff was very cooperative. We got all the information we need from them. They had arranged our airport rides as well. The room was a bit smaller but the location was perfect. The hotel is in walking distance from Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque and many other attractions and very close to metro station too. There are lots of food options near by. I would definitely recommend this place.

Location was amazing. Room was smaller but the location makes up for it. The staff was helpful with tours and transportation to and from the airport. During July 2024 there were power outages in the entire area. Nothing the staff could have done but they did make sure everything was good. That was an istanbul issue and not the hotel.

First time at this property ( hightly recomended ) just around the corner of Hagia Sophia and The Blue Mosque and very closed walking distance to The Grand Bazar, Basilica Cistern to mention some. An absolutely ideal location, tucked in a cute, quiet neighborhood right next to the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. There’s a tram station on the other side of the mosque complex, about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Interestingly, even though it’s so close, the calls to prayer were very quiet in the room. Mehmet and co were so nice, too! Mehmet even reached out to me on WhatsApp beforehand to provide detailed directions to the hotel. The breakfast was yummy, too. The room was a good size; both of us had room to spread our suitcases out, and the little kitchenette was great. The only downside is that the wifi would sometimes go in and out in one corner of the room, but it was just that one corner and we were out and about so often that we barely noticed.

I chose this hotel because it had 24 hr receptionist and since my flight arrived late , I needed someone to let me in. First of all the hotel has no sign and it was challenging to find. Then when I finally found it no one was there. The hotel next door called the owner and told him about my arrival. After waiting outside in the dark and new country for 90 minutes someone showed up and apologize. Then the hotel receptionist harassed me during my entire stay about please leave us a good review. I sent a message to booking about the horrible customer service. Long story short avoid this hotel at all cost. Breakfast is terrible

It is a tiny hotel with very small rooms and bathrooms, which is very common in Istanbul because millions of people live in limited space. Building is quite old, which is also common but kept quite clean. Free breakfast is minimalist but adequate. Hotel manager is very welcoming and very helpful. He arranged round-trip transport from airport to hotel (about 1 hour drive) for a reasonable price.

The property is located near the museum that we planned to tour . We walked to all 4 main museums that are a must to see. It is also quiet at night you can have a good night rest. The employees are helpful, accommodating and very professional. I would advise anyone to-use the ride they offer to the airport. We were advised to be at the airport 3 hrs ahead. Found out there are multiple check points at the airport. Thank you Mehmet for reaching out and also his colleagues for making our stay very comfortable.

Bathroom was too congested/small in size. Secondly no daily cleaning. Thirdly if u asked for any suggestion from the Hotel staff, the suggestion was never right, it was skewed with them getting commision from that restaurant. So for example asking to get the airport taxi booked for you and asking more than double for one way, although got it booked for less.Than asked for good restaurant with good food, the one he suggested, the cost was exorbitant, n not much options, so we left that restaurant and searched ourselves and found a very reasonable TURGUT RESTAURANT WHOSE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT and tasty and reasonably priced.
