I stained in Alpinn Hotel Istanbul from 28 September to 1st October 2023. I am very satisfied . Hotel is very comfortable, clean, staff is very pleasant and very helpfull with all my needs. Receptionist is very professional, answered to all my questions what to see and how to get places of my interests. Breakfast was very good. I will recommend this hotel to all my family and friends and next time wish again stay here!

a nice hotel but not a top one

all in all a very nice hotel, but definitely not a top one. the fridge didn't work at all. the toilet flush and the TV-set didn't work very well. the staff asked us to change rooms because they needed our's. we kindly agreed to do that but we didn't feel that it was appreciated at all.

I made reservatioms for 2 people And I paid for 2 people.. I checked in 1st and my boyfriend was supposed to check in afterwards when he arrived. When I told the front desk that my boyfriend was arriving the guy at the front desk asked me if we were married. I said no and he said my boyfriend could not join me in my room unless we were married. There was nothing in the reservation rules that indicated that guests had to be married if staying in the same room. This should have been made clear during the reservation process. There were some good things overall, but I did not appreciate the hotel not allow me to let my boyfriend stay with me when I paid for him. I was too exhausted to argue and I just left the next day to go to another hotel. Thank goodness I only booked one night at the Alpinn or my whole trip would have been ruined. Expedia should make sure that hotels that have these rules make it evident during the reservation process so I could have chosen a different hotel.

Die Lage ist super. Die Zimmergröße und ausstattung sind für einen Städtetripp auch vollkommen in Ordnung. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist nicht zuvorkommend aber auch nicht unhöflich. Das Reinigungspersonal hingegen grüßt noch nicht einmal. Das Zimmer war am Ankunftstag von der Sauberkeit ok. In den folgenden Tagen wird wenn übeehaupt nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Uns kam es aber so vor als ob immer nur die Betten gemacht wurden und das Klopapier aufgefüllt. Mein selbst mitgebrachtes Kissen wurde einfach immer auf irgendeine ablage gelegt. Meine Schlappen durfte ich unterm Bett suchen. Am letzten Tag lag meine Schlafbrille auf dem Boden und das ist ein absolutes No go! Priorität muss nicht sein, dass das Bett perfekt gemacht ist und die persönlichen Gegenstände lieblos irgendwo abgelegt oder eingeschmissen werden.

Black mold on bathroom almost out us in hospital

Supposed to have pickup arranged and hotel never sent the car at the airport after offering the pickup in first place. Black mould all over the shower have extend allergy reaction to both of us and made a horrible night

Cheap price but Very small room.

Positive: Room price is cheap location Room was clean. Negative : Very small room The room was very noisy from the bathroom vent. I told the front desk but nothing happened. The eggs on the breakfast were old and not fresh. In short, add another 20$ and find another hotel.
