"Clean, easy parking, helpful staff"

"We enjoyed our stay at Grand Palladium hotel and spa resort. From the check in to the duration of our stay of 5 days to check out. We can’t fault it at all, the all exclusive package was absolutely amazing, food, drinks and ala carts menu. Facilities are fantastic and service was wonderful, special thank to Giovnni A at Change restaurant and Hanain from El Doeado restaurant for making our night and wonderful service. "The host was really welcoming and friendly. The owners were also there to welcome upon arriving. I had a wonderful stay. Beautiful property overlooking the sea. Nice room. Enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace daily. Thank you for a great stay. I brought my small dog with me and the owners and host were nice and welcomed my dog. "Great staff, very nice people. The property needs some renovations as the infrastructure, rooms and decoration are dated. The location is perfect, with a private beach (great for the kids) and very close to Cefalu downtown (5 mins by car) where you can enjoy great dinners."

"This was our 2nd time at this fabulous resort. The Signature Level is so worth the extra money. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurants and Buffet was so good and there were plenty of food choices. I would definitely go back a 3rd time!!!!"

Quello che proprio non ci è piaciuto è, visto il livello del resort ed il prezzo pagato, la quasi totale assenza di intrattenimento serale! Al massimo un piano bar senza troppe pretese, ma alcune sere addirittura il nulla! Da una struttura del genere ci saremmo aspettati ben altro e, volendo fare paragoni, nello stesso periodo al Mangia's di Brucoli c'erano...

"Sehr schöne Lage im Bergdorf.....allerdings ist eins der 4 oder 5 Zimmer ohne Fenster... dieses haben wir bekommen....das hat uns gestört...und wurde vorher nicht klar kommuniziert. Auch sind wir davon ausgegangen den Pool und die Sauna als Hotelgast benutzen zu dürfen...das ist jedoch kostenpflichtig...und kostet für € 60 -€ 75 pro person für 2 Std. ! Das war bei der Buchung auch nicht klar angezeigt worden."

It was a bit of a walk to the city center. A cab was easy to return to the hotel. We also took advantage of the hotel shuttle, which was convenient. The rooms were beautiful."

"Lovely restful property in pretty countryside surrounded by a vineyard. Great food in the on-site restaurant. Excellent breakfasts too. Freindly and helpful staff. Only downside was the lack of drawers in the room. Most people seem to stay a few nights (we say the same faces repeatedly), so it was odd that our room had nowhere to properly unpack as I would expect for a three night stay."
