"The room was very clean and bathroom was huge. We received a bad with 2 bottles of cold water and microwave popcrn upon check in. They said we could come by the office lounge at 5 pm for 2 free drinks and an appetizer but we were out.We had room 107 as i am handicapped. We would stay again if we are down that way."

"Property was layed out nice, parking outside the front door was convenient, pool was beautiful, location is excellent, and we overall enjoyed our short stay. House was not as clean as I'd prefer, the venue next door was very loud and there was a dispute going on in the middle of the night, house needs a few minor repairs but nothing that would keep me from staying again."

"We stayed only for one night so we didn’t have any time to use the amenities. The location is great, in a quiet area, very close to Rockport beach, to HEB grocery store, and several restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower head was clogged and in need of an accurate cleaning. The breakfast was extremely underwhelming, tasteless and gummy pancakes, inedible cinnamon rolls, un-drinkable coffee and orange juice. At least the mini tacos and sausage patties were ok. But this didn’t affect our stay, we could buy ourselves something better at the grocery store before going to the beach. The front desk staff were very nice and welcoming. We checked in and checked out in less than two minutes. We will definitely book again next time we will plan another getaway weekend."

"This is my 2nd time staying here. I wished I would have stayed longer than the two nights I planned out. I forgot how relaxing and calm it is here. I would love to come back and stay two weeks or more! It was my husband’s first time and he absolutely loved it!! There is a sand dune that you have to climb down on way to beach and then back up it to get to the boardwalk path back to the resort. It was not there the 1st time I stayed. I guess that is what you get being so close to the beach. If you can’t climb it you can always drive down to the beach. There was an issue and it was minor but on our 2nd day there we went to the pool and there was a group of probably 8 guys and 1 female that had no pool towels and when they left immediately went straight to the beach. Never saw them again even when my husband and I went down to the beach about an hour after they left. We kept a watch also to see if they can back from the beach but they did not. We assume it was a group that jumped the fence on the boardwalk and came to the pool. They were very comfortable, so our guess is that they have done it before. Like I said minor but a little annoying! They also left there trash by the pool(beer cans) and Vaping in the pool area."
