"Communication was a huge problem and not convenient. We wanted to cancel our reservation and made numerous attempts to contact the hotel with no avail. Phone numbers are useless, and customer service that issues the access instructions has no idea about reservations. Leaks in the bathroom toilet. Overall would not recommend anyone to use this property for their stays. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel – it is very family-oriented and welcoming. The staff speak Arabic and Urdu, which made communication smooth and comforting for us. The concierge was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. One of the highlights was the convenient shuttle bus service to the mosque, which made our stay even more stress-free. Overall, it felt like a home away from home and I would highly recommend it for families."
