"We had Very nice stay. The entrance in a little rough. Was not prepared for so many steps up and down getting into the property. Do not remember it being listed in property information.. But once down into the property it was everything we had hoped for. Quiet, tropical, lots of exotic birds and so many beautiful plants. The Bungalow we stayed in was perfect size for 2 people, very romantic. The service is casual and relaxed but still attentive. Our Room Butler Jerlyn was amazing. So friendly...
"We got a Samal house right on the water and it was perfect for the romantic quiet getaway we were looking for. We did a little island hopping stayed active by using their very adequate gym equipment and by swimming a ton. They have to very nice pools but I preferred snorkeling and checking out the fish on their pro"
"When we arrived there was no record of our confirmation. The staff were unaware of our arrival. She had to call the owner to confirm. The owner neglected to inform them of our arrival. Such a disorganized way of doing business.
Water supply was being turned off during the night. We have to wait for the staff to arrive in the AM to turn it on. Toilet was a big problem when you want to use that night ‘coz it won’t flush because there is no water supply.

"The beds are so comfortable to sleep with and the availability of hot and cold water in the shower ensures a refreshing start to your day or night (?).
While it provides a wonderful setting for our stay, there are a few minor hiccups to be aware of. Sadly, toothbrush and toothpaste are not included, so make sure to pack your essentials. Additionally, if you need a workspace, you might need to get a bit creative, as there isn't a designated area for work, despite the presence of small bedside...
"They couldnt find the booking, then they give me a 1 single bed room (for 3 adults 1 infant, then they "upgrated" to 1 queen and 1 double bunk, in 1 little room, no water or kettel to make coffee. Not a place i will use again."

At first, it was so impressing upon checking in because we arrived at the hotel around 1:30pm and the receptionist entertained us well quickly. But so annoying because after she gave me the room key, she said that “we cannot enter yet the room because the check-in time is 2pm. CRAZY!

"Nice local inner city hotel. No elevator so not popular with foreign travelers but a good hotel for travel. Surrounding area a nice local residential and street food experience."
