The staff was so friendly, especially the wonderful staff in the 6th floor restaurant. Our room, a 12-tatami was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the lake and mountains. The location was also quite convenient — easy access to central Tokyo areas like Shinjuku and Tokyo Station.
We loved that there were plenty of great restaurants and shopping centers nearby.
The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals.
Overall, it felt like a relaxing resort stay, and we’d definitely love to come back again.

"The owners were so enjoyable, they only spoke broken English but we were able to converse. The facility is a traditional Japanese inn, so sitting in the floor and sleeping on futon. Suggest using two futon if you are not so l used to sleeping in the floor. The air conditioning was great cause it was hot outside. Really close walk to Don Quijote and many shops, markets and food, 6 minute walk. Musashi Koganei station and area around have so much, Muji, Daiso, H&M.. Easy train ride into...
"If you cannot find hotel in center of Tokyo, here is the good choice. Even it’s west of Tokyo, here is close to JR Tachikawa. Very convenient to get train station and take 30-40 mins to Shinjuku and Tokyo Station.
Room is very clean and comfortable. Facility is enough unless no shower cap. Space is ok. Not too small.
Only one thing need to improve is English skill for staffs ."
