I LOVED staying here. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the room comfortable and quiet. It's close to everything and very convenient to shopping and dining. Staying in the Castro is highly recommended.

Cozy hotel

The hotel is clean and modern. The location is at the city center and you can park in the street near the hotel. The breakfast has a variety of food and is very good. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Phenomenal on all accounts

Had a phenomenal stay with Penny helping us in Ioannina. The hotel is well located within the castle walls, walking distance from somw good food options in the city. When we had difficulty with our AC it was resolved immediately. The included breakfast was a generous and delicious spread, along with optional (also included) cooked items. As for the room itself, it was modern, stylish (as was the entire hotel), comfortable, secure, and well kept by the room cleaners. The bed was the best we slept on our entire trip. I would highly recommend anyone stay here in their travels.

Stunning place

Absolutely amazing place. It was so beautiful everything was perfect. The staff especially Vasiliki she was a beautiful host. Perfect in every way. She even upgraded us because we have so much luggage travelling from Australia. Would highly recommend to anyone. Will go back and stay. Walking distance to everything.

The property was very clean, unique rooms little small place but very well maintained with amazing breakfast.? I sure enjoyed the breakfast like anything else. The beds were great 😊 we slept good the staff was super helpful, polite, respectful our needs and friendly!! I definitely recommend it for vacations. The room we stayed had two bedrooms the one was on the second floor. Super cozy room for family of four. Thanks for all the delicious food ladies and your hospitality!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Narrow streets getting here. Our taxi driver was able to get us the door but was not happy about it. Pro tip- avoid arriving by taxi on a Friday night, the streets are difficult to navigate with traffic.

Das Haus, als Betrieb ganz neu, hat Boutique-Charakter - sehr freundlich, rundum angenehm mitten im "Kastro". Und wir fanden sogar einen schattigen Parkplatz wenige Meter entfernt (Parkausweis stellt das Haus).

Excellent séjour

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits. La résidence est magnifique et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le personnel est très accueillant et au petit soin pour ses hôtes. La chambre est très belle et le lit est confortable. Petit déjeuner excellent avec des produits locaux.
