"The room was very clean, so no complaints there. My main issue was the noise, I could hear everything happening in the room next door. The pools were extremely crowded, and while I don’t mind kids having fun, both hot tubs (indoor and outdoor) were filled with kids as well, so there wasn’t really an opportunity for adults to relax. The air hockey table was broken and not all of the arcade games were working, which was disappointing.
On a positive note, breakfast was phenomenal and the service was excellent. The location is incredibly convenient with Settlers Green just a short walk away and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The mountain views were absolutely breathtaking."
"Parking was excellent. There were so many excellent choices for breakfast and the hours for breakfast were very convenient whether you are an early riser or sleep in for a bit. The water park pool is safe and fun for littles, but if you want a pool for swimming; this is not it. Very clean rooms with super comfortable beds. Very pleasant and helpful staff. "
"Only issue was the arcade. Ate $6 and nothing worked. Other than that, this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. Beautiful hotel, STUNNING views, incredibly kind staff. Wish we had stayed longer!"

"I was very unfortunate to be placed in a room infested with bed bugs. My entire family was bitten and we had to put our clothes and luggage in trash bags. On the bright side, the outlets were close-by so we were able to buy new clothes. The staff was nice and the breakfast was good but even if you pay me I will not go back due to the infestation."
"The staff was very kind , helpful and professional. The room was clean, breakfast was very good with many choices. The facility was having some renovations done. Overall we had good experiences."
