No space to move. Shower cubicle encrusted with grime, basin without hot water, no toilet paper. Nobody available to assist with anything. Guests are given a contact number, but get hung up on if they ring it. On the plus side, the bed was reasonably comfortable. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

They were helpful with holding my suitcase at a nearby hotel until i could check in. They answered promptly and clearly. The room was small, but adequate. There is a nice sitting area outside of the kitchen on the second floor overlooking the street. Some of the written 'warnings' about use of the property seemed a bit extreme. I would recommend this to someone who planned on spending most of their time touring etc.

Most unsafe and disgusting stay

Simply the word to use is UNSAFE and DISGUSTING. Firstly, it is just a hostel type property without any reception in the property. We had a quadruple room, which was a double room with a creaking bunker bed. There was no storage only 1 table and hang rail in the wall. The toilet was disgustingly stinking from mould which again is known to be very harmful. The room walls were very dated and poorly decorated. The worst part is THERE ARE NO SMOKE ALARMS OR ESCAPE PLAN IN THE PROPERTY. We were on 2nd floor, if there would have been an instance of fire we would be sitting ducks. And strangely, the authorities are allowing such an establishment to operate . . SIMPLY AVOID THIS PROPERTY

Wir waren nur eine Nacht vor Ort! Für dass reichte es! Alls wir ankamen, wurden wir gebeten 5-10 Minuten vor de Tür zu warten, dann Kamm eine Frau die sich nur auf English verständigen kann. Das Zimmer war ausreichend für eine Nacht, aber die Dusche war wirklich nicht sauber!

sehr kleines Zimmer für ein "Appartment" nur eine abgewirtschaftete Gemeinschaftsküche mit fehlender Kochpfanne und zugenagelter Geschirrspüler Schimmel in Dusche schmutzige Fensterrahmen WC im Zimmer kostete stolze Fr. 15 extra pro Nacht Check-In normalerweise erst ab 16 Uhr möglich dafür Check-Out bereits um 10:30

Great experience!

This place was exactly what we needed! It was close to everything, easy to get to from the station and the room was clean and cozy. The kitchen was the real life saver for us, even though it did get a little dirty throughout the day. Overall, a very pleasant experience!
