We enjoyed our stay and would return. Very close to Innsbruck, but located in a smaller village halfway up the foothills of the Inn valley. This is a upper-mid-range, high-quality, but smaller independent property. A lot of attention is given to the details. The cleanliness and the quality of the largely wooden room interior was very impressive. A very unique taste of the interior, quite baroque and with lots of Swarovski chrystals - quite an experience. Very friendly yet professional staff, and a very good restaurant is on site. Fantastic regional food at reasonable prices. The location in the middle of the village means that there is a certain level of noise from traffic and church bells, but the windows are very sound proof. If you keep the windows open overnight you might get an early wake up though ;-)

The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. It is a little out of the way and you definately need a car if you want to stay here as there is a neighbourhood. There are a couple of other restaurants nearby including a nice Italian and there is also convenience store, but be aware of local closing times and odd hours and days restaurants are open or closed for private parties. The rooms were very hot with no air conditioning (we were there in the hot month of August) so we had the windows open and there was a surprising amount of traffic in the early mornings, so it could be quite noisy. The staff were very friendly with a nice large breakfast area (that was quickly set after a wedding the night before), although there is no hot food option for breakfast. The hotel has a glamorous rustic charm to it and would recommend, but be aware of its pitfalls.

This hotel is in a great location and a short distance from Innsbruck. It also has gorgeous views of the mountains. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was excellent. The hotel offers a sauna but unfortunately we didn’t have time to visit it. I’ll definitely book this hotel again next time when I’m traveling around Innsbruck.

Go authentic!

Loved staying here. I chose it because it looked like an older and authentic style (inside and out), and I was right. Hotel had good food and drinks, the staff was cheerful and nice, and there was plenty of parking in a lot. The view was stunning. It was worth the drive outside of the hustle and noise of the inner city.

The hotel is very nice and clean with a beautiful view for mountains. But there is no privacy on a balcony because dividers between rooms' are extremely low, so you and your neighbors must hang out all together. I really hated lack of privacy on a balcony. I normally pay extra for having a balcony and nice view, but couldn't use my balcony because there were too many people sitting very close to me. Definitely, hotel needs to improve balcony experience by installing high dividers

Mold, Bugs, Rude Staff. Call the Health Department

Absolutely horrifying experience. The entire second floor smells of musty Mold coming from the bathrooms. The breakfast buffet was practically empty and what was there was stale old food or crawling with bugs. Rude staff,no one to call at night adter getting locjed out, had to sleep in my car and the hotel staff refused to refund my stay. Im trying to upload pics of the bugs crawling in the food but it wont let me this app is broken. Its stifling hot, no a/c and the front desk staff Claudia was very rude and could care less about you being comfortable. The breakfast buffet (if you can call it that) had old crusty food and 90% was missing. The lasy who was supposed to be tending to it tried to pick a fight with me and another guest discussing how disgusting the food they served us was. He recommended a good restaurant to get actual food and said his colleague cringed when he told him where he was staying. He said he worked there a couple weeks and had to leave became of the health issues. After getting locked out at 2:30 in the morning because I needed to get my charger out of the car to try to relocate through hotels.com I got locked out. Everyone tried to call but there was no answer and the next morning I had to wait until 5:30 AM for someone to leave the building to get back in. The hotel staff did not care and refused to give me any of my money back I had to fight for it through Expedia and hotels.com. I also had to check out a day early because I was ill from the room.
