Lovely hotel with great location and reasonably priced yet ample breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was good size and even had a winter garden. The building admittedly could do with a renovation as some parts are a little dated, but it didn’t take away from the great experience we had! We’d come back for sure :)

It was close to everything with the Xmas markets being 10/15 minutes walk and other highlights such as the Norkette mountains funicular being 15 minutes walk away. Loved Innsbruck with the old town being really traditional being overlooked all around by snow covered mountains.

The staff were very nice and helpful, giving us directions to places of interest. Although there was no kettle, they kindly provided a jug of hot water. The hotel was cozy and in a good location, with easy access to the train station and city centre. We stayed for one night only but had a pleasant stay.
