The staff was super sweet and helpful with suggestions on what to do in Innsbruck. The view from the hotel is amazing and easy access to Innsbruck via a bus stop very close by.

The staff is extremely welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast spread is amazing & with a view! highly recommend the property for exploring Innsbruck area. Their restaurant is a bit pricey but worth it. We would definitely book again.

Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse! Vi bodde två nätter här. Vi blev tom uppgraderade till ett större rum då vi hade bebis med oss. Trevlig personal. Mysigt, autentiskt hotell. Vi fick gratis bussbiljetter som vi använde för att åka in till Innsbruck. Bussen är smidigt, går fyra gånger i timmen och det tar ca 10 min. Vi återvänder gärna! Bra frukost ingick dessutom!

とても居心地の良いホテルです。インスブルック市街地からバスで25分ほどのところにあり、バスの停留所はホテルのすぐ近くで便利です。朝食は食材が豊富でとても美味しくレストランからの景観も素晴らしい。 スタッフはとても親切でフレンドリーです。 部屋はクラッシックなインテリアでゆったり過ごすことが出来ます。 ホテルは牧場のすぐ隣なのでハエが多いのは仕方がないと思います。部屋のハエ叩きがとても役に立ちました。 レースのカーテンがあるとさらに良かったと思います。

Excellent accueil dans cet hôtel, le personnel est aimable et à l'écoute. La chambre était propre, seul bémol : pas de climatisation. Il fait vite très chaud. La cabine de douche est aussi petite, mais sinon rien à redire, je pourrais y retourner sans problème. Le petit plus fut la carte de trajet en bus gratuite offerte pour les deux nuits, vraiment pratique pour ne pas s'embêter en voiture dans Innsbruck. Merci à eux, c'était top.

Un hotel con mucho potencial pero un poco dejado en cuanto a instalaciones y desayuno. Todo esta muy anticuado y sin ningun sentido de la estetica. PArece que hayan acumulado todos los muebles de la abuela. En el desayuno ponian cosas que no parecian muy frescas. La misma fruta de varios dias, todo tenia un aspecto descuidado Personal muy amable

Charming alpine hotel, but pricey

The view and service at breakfast were the best part. The hotel is incredibly charming, though the main living spaces were a bit small and difficult to navigate around with 5 people and luggage because of the layout. We had a meal downstairs at Binis the evening we arrived and it was good. The check in was a bit clunky, the housekeepers walked into our room at 8am the morning we were checking out, and when we checked out we needed to pay the City Tax and they could only take cash so they sent me to the bank. We had two showers in our two bedroom apartment and one didn’t work at all. If it hadn’t been so expensive, I would have been very impressed. As it was, we would stay there again but couldn’t decide if it was worth the price we paid.

What more can I say, wonderful people that run a hotel that is perfect for any traveller! I saw families with kids in their element, lots for them to do... couples chilling near the fire, or using the spa area... then boarders like us who used it as our base! The staff are amazing and would want to stop there again! A credit to a family run business and you deserve every success!

Das Hotel liegt zentral zu Innsbruck. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Räumlichkeiten sind rustikal und sehr gepflegt, das Personal zuvorkommend und freundlich. Parkplätze befinden sich kostenfrei vor dem Hotel. In meinem Zimmer war eine kleine Kitchenette vorhanden. Das Hotel bietet ein gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis.

Posizione ottima, sia per poter visitare tutta la zona di Innsbruck, sia all'interno del paese. A pochi metri ci sono due panetterie, comode in caso si voglia mangiare "al sacco". Colazione ricca, con continui rifornimenti (in 5 giorni non ci è mai capitato che mancasse qualcosa, nonostante l'hotel fosse quasi al completo). Camera di dimensioni ottime (Suite Tirol), con vasca idro massaggio in camera. Le Suite guardano sul lato posteriore dell'albergo, più tranquillo. Parcheggio disponibile (di di fanco e di fronte all'hotel). Una particolare menzione di merito al personale, sempre disponibile e cordiale.

Otroligt trevligt rum med jacuzzi och cool inredning. Trevlig personal och god frukost. Sängarna var något korta, så för en som är lite längre kan det bli ett problem med sömnen. Annars var allt perfekt!
