das reservierte und bezahlte doppelzimmer zur einzelbenützung entpuppte sich als einzelzimmer mit einem schmalen einzelbett. eine klärung nach dem einchecken war aus zeitgründen (konzertbesuch) nicht möglich, allerdings entschuldigte sich die dame, die am nächsten morgen dienst an der rezeption hatte, sehr charmant. die bitte an die rezeptionistin beim einchecken am abend, ein taxi zu bestellen, wurde vergessen. erst nach nochmaliger intervention kam das taxi mit massiver verspätung.

Personal relativ nett, aber etwas "kühl"... Zimmer waren in Ordnung, nur leider war das Schlafen mit gekippten Fenster nicht möglich, da die Ventilatoren vom Nebengebäude sehr laut waren.

Wir waren 2 Nächte im Hotel. Es war alles in Ordnung, bis auf die Einrichtung. In einem Doppelzimmer kann man eigentlich erwarten, dass am Bett links und rechts ein Nachttisch und eine Lampe stehen. War nur eines da. Man musste alles auf den Boden legen und sich nachts durch Zimmer tasten. Ich glaube diese Investition ist erschwinglich und sollte dringend nachgebessert werden. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung, wir kommen wieder.

Das New-Inn ist ein Haus im Gewerbegebiet. Mit Öffis schwer zu erreichen. Das Haus ist relativ neu. Praktisch und schnörkellos eingerichtet. Ich fand den Preis für die Gesamtleistung etwas zu hoch.

Lille men dejligt værelse, rent og pænt. Morgenmaden var elendig! Varm juice og vand, æg der var meget overkogte, kedeligt udvalg. Ingen vand i kaffemaskinen samt en næsten tom kaffekande. Servicen ved ind og udtjekning var middel. Værelset kan anbefales men ikke morgenmaden.

Accueil nul, confort très moyen, accès difficile

Ayant eu des retards avec les transports pour venir à l'hôtel je suis arrivé à 22h45 en taxi. La réception étant fermée j'ai téléphoné à 22h52 pour avoir accès à l'hôtel. Une personne m'a répondu et ensuite m'a demandé après 4 min au téléphone de patienter le temps de faire venir quelqu'un, visiblement le gardien qui n'a pas réussi à avoir la carte de ma chambre dans la boîte spéciale à l'extérieur de l'hôtel. Nous sommes donc allés dans ma chambre sans passer par la réception, ni avoir vu une personne de l'accueil et cela sans ma carte de chambre. J'ai donc demandé au gardien de m'en donner une ce qu'il a fait en revenant après 10 minutes. La chambre avait un grand lit avec une couette pour 1 personne ce qui est absurde. Autres points négatifs la vue imprenable sur le parking de la zone industrielle, l'insonorisation insuffisante concernant la salle de bains, douche qui éclabousse malgré un pare douche, le mauvais écoulement de la vasque et l'absence de corbeille à papiers dans celle-ci, le manque de cintres ( 1 seul présent ... ) et le manque de chaînes TV étrangères. Pour mémoire l'hôtel m'a téléphoné a 21h30 sans laisser de message. Pour les personnes venant en transports en commun sachez que l'hôtel est très mal déservi.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Räumlichkeiten sauber und ausreichend eingerichtet. Das Waschbecken war kurzzeitig defekt - wurde zügig repariert. Verbesserungsvorschlag: andere Kissen, da die jeztigen sehr steif und dick sind. Gute Aufenthalt - gerne wieder.

Das Hotelzimmer war hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Es war sauber und gab nichts zu beanstanden. Das Frühstück war auch gut, lediglich das Rührei war schon etwas kalt.
