Here, we simply could not have asked for a more caring response - they were attentive and generous and really turned a negative into a positive. Its staff like Frida which make people loyal to a hotel or chain. And for context, we spent the prior two nights at the Grand Hotel and, while its beautiful, the staff experience here is waaaaay better."
