The hotel needs updated and the grounds were not well maintained. The room was outdated and dark. The room was clean despite the older amenities and furniture. The staff members were very friendly and helpful during the check-in process. Looks like they are in the process of renovation but not sure how much that will help. This hotel was once the “crown jewel” of hotels in Indiana, PA , but it has become a relic. I guess that you get what you pay for.

Great stay, check in staff was friendly and helpful, check in was very easy. Room was clean and inviting, ac was on so our room was comfortable. Atrium where the pool is was very nice for families and groups traveling together. The pool was nice and clean with plenty of towels. Rooms are off the atrium and even with a band playing in the lounge our room was very quiet. Great stay.

Property under renovation, but clean. Appreciated the seating areas. Pool was closed. No daylight/windows to the outside for any of the rooms resulting in dark rooms. Would have liked hot water for tea there were only complementary coffee machines. Otherwise stay was ok for the price. Will only return when the is renovation completed as the property really needs the update.

The lady at the check in desk was so great we put the ac on in our room and left for a couple hours and the room cooled off but not that much the lady at the front desk switch our rooms no problem. I would recommend this hotel the pool was nice they have towels at the pool and the bar has entertainment if your there for a weekend.

I’m disappointed with my stay. My room was ran down and dirty and had bugs in the room , bathroom was horrible. The photos online are false advertisement , Staff was welcoming.

Room was small but clean. Amenities were great. Pool area is super nice for kids and family. Staff was helpful with extra blankets and towels as needed. I've stayed here twice for competitions and plan on staying again next year.

It appeared as though they were doing some remodeling, but our room was nice and clean, staff was friendly, pool was amazing. No complaints other than the hallway was literally about 110 degrees, and the restaurant and bar were closed. It was the fourth of July, so I kind of understand. But still a little disappointed with that.

We stayed at the Ramada to attend a football game at IUP, so were gone most of the time. Facility is old but was once a very nice property. It is maintained fairly well, but shows wear. First and foremost - The staff! They were ALL amazing!. Very professional and attentive ( So nice to see people at front desk dressed up instead of hoodies ). Made sure we knew everything about the hotel, and directions to where we were going. The room was remodeled. But flooring instead of carpet. Did not like that cold floor. Interesting furniture. All had open spaces so we could store bags, shoes, cooler, etc instead of stumbling over them. Smart. Bathroom. Horrible. Was not remodeled. You had to see it to understand. Nice new sink but toilet and shower room were abysmal. However, in fairness all was very clean. Property has bar and short order restaurant. The night we went the manager was only one on staff as others called off. She ran bar and kitchen and was fantastic. Pool looked nice but was closed waiting on part, Would have been nice to add that note when we made reservations or in messages we received a few days prior to confirm. Parking was good. Heat A/C worked. Oh. Small fridge in room was in large plastic tray. However the lip of the tray prevented the door from being opened. My husband had to lift the front just over the lip so we could use it. But all in all it was a good stay.

Really nice place

Outside of building is dated but the inside is really nice. Room was on the smaller size but the bed was super comfy. The kids of course, loved the pool. It was warm and clean. Overall, would stay again.
