"The room itself was lovely but the staff was either overwhelmed or didn't care.
The room was booked for 3 but had only been prepared for 2. We had to go to the reception desk to ask for an extra set of towels because no one answered the phone. We ran out of toilet paper our second night and there was no one at reception to get it for us. After waiting 15 minutes, I went into the lobby bathroom and pulled off enough to get us through the night.

"We stayed at the Carlton in a family room (two adults and two teenagers). Although we checked in late and left early, which meant we didn’t get to use all of the facilities, everything we did experience met our expectations. "It was a nice hotel and staff were nice but unfortunately we didn't get a lot of sleep due to a large amount of children from a dance group running up and down the corridor outside the rooms and loud and boisterous until quite late in the evening around 1am . There was also another incident in the room accross which went on continuously throughout our last night there. Unfortunate that these incidents caused our stay to be not the best. "

It's smack in the middle of the night scene, and within walking distance of many attractions (e.g. Trinity College).
