"1. The kitchen was fully equipped, but no fridge. If so, my apology, but I couldn't find it. 2. Toilet flushing was very weak. 3. Staff was helpful. 4. Airport shuttle service was excellent. 5. Location is superb - everything is nearby!"

"The place was very clean and nice. Bed was comfortable and host communication was great. Everything was perfect except for the checkout counter personnel. She was just sitting and not willing to help. I asked her I'm checking out and her response was the finger pointing at kiosk. To make sure I asked her " kiosk"? And again she pointed at kiosk. I began to wonder why is she sitting there? Anyway, make the long story short, the stay was wonderful except for the check out process. It would have been 5 stars if she didn't ruin my day."

"Great location in Songdo. The rooms were clean and tons of food and 24 hour services in the lobby. The gym was great! It had alot of machines. Highly recommend booking here. "

"Far from everything, definitely not 3 stars. Maybe 2 stars. Our room overlooked dumpy backyards. Bathroom was dirty. Sofa on 5th floor lobby was dirty with a hole in it. Nice staff but definitely not as advertised by Hotels.com"
