9.4/10 Exceptional! (771 reviews)
Great location for a family with young to teenage children. Conveniently situated in between a 7 Eleven and Lawson for 24hr accessibility to all the immediate necessities to fill up the in unit fridge.
Short walking distance to a local 24hr full grocery store to get supplies for those home cook meal nights.
Ueno station is a short flat walk providing you access to all the major destination points in Tokyo via the JR green line.
Overall extremely happy with the room, sky tower view, staff attentiveness, in unit laundry machine and kitchen. Would recommend to anyone looking for a more local vibe and who might need a mental break from the overstimulation of other parts of Tokyo.

Great for families, especially with young kids. Our room had a nice space for the kids to play that felt like their own. Laundry and a refrigerator were a huge plus! Staff is so kind and friendly.

"Room was clean, except for the bathroom which had a slight urine smell. But otherwise clean shower and toliet. Having the convenience store within the hotel was a positive and useful for money withdrawals and late night snacks. Would advise this hotel for a layover night"

9.2/10 Wonderful! (5,242 reviews)
"I always stay at the Nikko Narita Hotel; before traveling abroad and when I come back to Japan. The shuttle service to Narita and the shuttle service to the hotel are so convenient. The rooms are always clean, there are numerous amenities and including the breakfast buffet in the morning is a must! ..."
