"The hotel is under renovation. The room I had was awfully outdated, the carpet was so stained and the room so hot with no AC. There was no fitted sheet on the mattress, just a simple flat sheet and a duvet. So I slept on top of the duvet. The bathroom was ok. There is this old vintage smell in the room also, probably because of humidity and the carpet.
The walls are really badly isolated too.
But what can you expect for 76€ a night for a solo traveler in the center of Bruxelles? It did the job...

"This apartment was a short walk to the Grande Place. The staff were very helpful and responded very quickly to any questions. Although this apartment is self-check in, check in was easy with codes provided to get into the building. The apartment key lockbox was well-labeled on the left wall, inside the building. The apartment was clean and we appreciated the elevator/lift as most places we stayed in only had long, narrow stairs. Our apartment was on the inside of the building with a door...

"Ho fatto una prenotazione di 4 notti.
Quando si prenota un 5 stelle ci si augura di avere il massimo dei confort.
Arrivo in camera, premetto che pioveva e facevafreddo, trovo la camera ghiacciata, riscaldamento inesistente, chiedo al personale, mi dicono che provvederanno, ma nulla succede, alla seconda lamentela mi mandano una stufetta elettrica.
La stanza appena arrivato era piena di polvere, igiene alquanto scarso.
Scendo per cena ed il piccolo ristorante è tutto esaurito, mi dicono di...

"It’s a very cool - lifestyle hotel. Awesome location. Huge rooms. Feels like a studio apartment. Platform bed. Black out shades. Breakfast is very generous spread; and fresh. You can get lunch or dinner at the bar. Very good draft beers; and alcohol choice. Outdoor space. I didn’t use the pool; spa; or gym. I ate at the Asian restaurant upstairs a few nights. "Airport shuttle was great and on time. Staff was helpful and we were able to drop bags before check in. Only complaint was the check out kiosk for the small "store" for amenities and drinks/snacks. It is not user friendly and does not scan items so it is not easy to use, not just user error. Me and several others had issue trying to use. Otherwise all around great l9cation, close to transport hubs as well."

"Perfect for our overnight stay before catching a flight back to Australia.
Staff very helpful with directions to get petrol and also with transport to and from the airport. We used Uber as there were no taxis available and the shuttle timetable wasn't suitable for our departure time."

"We needed a place during the airport strike. This hotel is nearby the airport with a shuttle bus starting 06:00 am in the morning. Approximately 5-10 minutes ride to the airport.
It’s a bit pricey for the standard and neighborhood but of course near the airport.
Small room and toilet. Strange separation of the shower and toilet but everything worked fine.
A bit of a walk to the small village center. Couple of nice restaurants down the strip and a supermarket.
Nice restaurant inside the hotel...

"Beautifully laid out and well maintained top hotel in Brussels. Nicely decorated, updated and quiet rooms. Very clean and fresh. Professional and helpful staff.
