Great hotel. Well organized and clean. Plenty of amenties. The room was spotless and had no issues. Staff is great and very professional. Only thing I would comment on staff-wise is that they are so professional that it almost comes off as robotic versus personable. I know that's not on them and moreso probably due to the policy they have to abide by. I would suggest a more personable touch though but also, that's just my personal opinion and the experience may be drastically different for others.

Everything was excellent except for the toilet that did not flush properly. Had maintenance fix it twice but still wouldn’t flush properly…had to flush 2-3 times. Buffet breakfast was superb and one of the best hotel buffet breakfasts with exceptional Filipino and local dishes.

Room was good. Staff very good. Breakfast not as good in last 3 years. Stayed here every year in the past 3 years.Quality of food going down. Its under stood everything needs to be cost effective. Maybe quantity needs to be reduced and offer alternatives to maintain quality. Should be examined as option.

Best hotel to stay for family time

My family really enjoyed the stay. The special treat upon arrival, the nice big clean room, the delicious breakfast and the staff service is so creative and the best. The place is new and near to everything, restaurants and mall.

I loved that its right next door to the SM Mall! Plenty of shopping and foods! Plus their restaurant is banging! I love their all you can eat buffet! Their hot showers are very relaxing. We like it so much, we got a membership there! They have a pool on the top floor! The views are excellent.
