Hotel Taxi Scam

Stay was above average...... until checkout time. We asked the bell boy whether we should wait in front of the hotel for an airport taxi, but he said that he would call one for us. Just after leaving the hotel, the driver stated that the fare would be 1&1/2 times what it should be. After telling him that we weren't tourists, and we were not paying that much, he finally, at our insistence, turned on the taxi meter. He complained that he had to pay the bell boy for calling him, and that he wouldn't make any money. As it worked out, his quoted price was over the metered fare,but we paid it, and went to our flight. Scams like this, ruin the hard work, and service provided by the rest of the staff, ruining the overall experience. Sadly, we probably won't book here when we return in a couple of weeks. Perhaps this venue should consider a change of bell boy.

the towels were not in place during my stay and the tv and aircon remote controls were not functioning well. service with a smile inspires which i didnt experience much from the hotel staff.

What I like about the hotel: The room is spacious, so is the t&b. They gave us yummy ensaymada as check out gift. Hot and cold shower. What needs improvement are: No complimentary toothbrush. It would be helpful if the hotel can provide this, for instances when travellers forgot to bring one, just like in my daughter's case. We checked in around 9pm and still had to go out of the hotel and find a convenience store to buy a toothbrush. No complimentary bottled water. There is no foot rug. Imagine where to wipe your feet after taking a shower. Also, the shower curtain smells awful. Looks like it has not been washed for a long time. Staff: It would be better if the staff has a ready smile to greet tired and weary guests and be warmer in receiving guests not that as if receiving guests is automated and routinary only.

We were 3 to the room but sometimes we only got 2 bath towels, The walls are full of cracks in the room. Big damage to the wall in the hall. Sometimes hard to sleep because some people are very noisy in the hall. people at the desk were very helpful.

Their beds are very comfortable to sleep in and clean. TV size is perfect for room and function is nice, clear picture and remote control work with ease. The hotel offers free breakfast which is basic Filipino menu but quite good enough to start your day. Staff are very respectful, nice and accommodating. I had a bit of confusion at checking in. Front desk have no idea booking with Expedia and cannot find any record of it. Good thing I printed a copy of my reservation, showed it to them, only then did they knew what to do. It was a wait I do not need after a very long flight coming from halfway around the globe. Overall, it is a good budget hotel if sleep is the most important to you, as I do.

A few of problems with our stay. First was the WiFi, very poor. We never got the chance to utilize the internet. The staff keeps providing us with username and password, but the problem was the network router. We cannot even connect to the hotel router. Second, water pressure was poor. And lastly, parking. We're given a hard time in parking our vehicle, we were told that parking spots are reserved. Cleanliness and customer service were okay.

Affordable hotel

It was a clean hotel. For the money you pay it's okay. Very limited amenities, you have to request for drinking water, hot water for coffee, 1 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, 1 towel to used on everything. No decent restaurant near by. For budget travelers.
