"While we had an overall pleasant stay, there were a few disappointing aspects that I wouldn't expect from a 5-star hotel. The biggest surprise was the bed. The mattress, pillows, and bedding simply didn't feel like they met a 5-star standard. The bed wasn't very comfortable, and I've honestly had better sleep in some 2- or 3-star hotels. "99% of the staff were super helpful. We only ran into one or two who really didn’t know anything. So just keep asking. The rooms were very clean and nice. The only awkward thing is that the shower is visible from the room. So not the best place for roommates or siblings to stay together."
