"Très bon hôtel, très propre, très bien entretenu. Personnel accueillant et aidant. A noter que lors de notre séjour il y a eu un problème avec l’eau chaude qui n’était pas disponible. Par chance il y avait la canicule alors l’eau froide sortait tiède pour pouvoir prendre la douche. Lorsque j’ai avertit le personnel le lendemain matin ils se sont empressés pour trouver le problème. "There is a drug problem with users, beggars and dealers in the immediate area. As a single female it was limiting. The hotel itself and the staff are absolutely amazing. Enjoyed the club. The room was sufficient. I unfortunately I can’t be back with concerns about my safety and comfort in the area. Hopefully the city will address the problem in a way that creates safety for everyone."

"the location was perfect for us since we were leaving by train. the Hotel was modern, clean and the room and bathroom were well designed. And it had an elevator. I especially liked the bed's pillows, and the breakfast that had an amazing array of french breads, cheeses, fruit, coffee - the list goes on. I would recommend this hotel to anyone !"
