"Possibly the best hotel in the world. Beautiful location, wonderful food and friendly staff who go above and beyond. Our son loved the heated swimming pool and nearby adventure park. The kids club was also great. "This is the place to stay while you are in Florence Italy. Located right next to the famous Pontevecchio bridge. The staff accommodate you with whatever you need from transportation to suggestions for restaurants. There are so many choices for breakfast, kept us full most of the day."

It was a shame the bar wasn’t open earlier and it would have been nice to have a coffee during the day, maybe reception staff could have done this? A little far out from the centre but of you are happy to walk 40 mins or so not a problem. Bus was also available but couldn’t work out how to pay for that without paying double on the bus!"
