"The view, pool, area were perfect. However the room sadly affected our experience. Air conditioner was malfunctioning- it was colder outside! We didn’t have hot water in our shower. It’s desperately no isolated… we couldn’t sleep as we’re listen to almost everything. Overall we didn’t not appreciate our 3days."

"My friends and I planned a 2 week long trip to Italy with our stay in Tuscany being our middle stop. While we were very excited to arrive, we were quickly let down once we realized what we expected to get with our stay was not possible. We booked Via Hotels.com and were told we would have a room with Air Conditioning as well as laundry services on site. When given our rooms, we were met with the lack of AC and 2 fans to “help”. "Light on room AC was not able to turn off and very bright, had a hard time sleeping. AC unit in room did not work. Checked out one day early due to above, staff initially agreed with Expedia for an refund and then denied refund. We moved to another location."

"A true gem! Rooms are on the small side but absolutely comfortable and tasteful. Newly renovated with quality materials. The bathroom was spotless, a very nice size, shower with both oversized and handheld shower heads. Climate control was great: so quiet you could not hear the AC was on! Rooms are quiet and matress so comfortble that I overslept and missed breakfast! However, they insisted on offering me some coffee or juice. Very nice staff. Free parking on premises. Will definitely be back if...

"The property is beautifully old but be careful how much luggage you bring as there is no elevator, Only stairs. Room is nice. Bathrooms nicely updated. No complaints!"

"What an absolutely beautiful stay, in a stunning place. Our host was attentive and kind, and the food was wonderful. The hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean, and particularly for my needs on a road trip with my 18 year old son, the accommodation offering two adjoining bedrooms was perfect, and we could park outside. Also very good value in my opinion. I would definitely return, it’s also ideal for couples and I would love to bring my wife here. "
