The only downside is the lack of any type of hotel services, especially no coffee machine in the room or available in the lobby. There were also pans but no cooktop to use them. Great front desk staff and amenities, with a washer/dryer in each room. A 4-minute walk from the Yamato luggage delivery service and 18 minutes to Kyoto Station, with a Family Mart 15 seconds from the front door. "No where did it state that if you wanted to use the public bath no tattoos were allowed until we checked in. Pool on roof is closed until mid July, and I saw if you wanted to use it - priced around 1000Y per hour. Bed was horrible. First hotel I've been to that didn't have umbrellas guests could ..."

Rooms are tiny and a bit cramped, but have all the amenities you’d expect. Laundry is a pain if you need it as they provide just 8 machines ..."
