"The room was very clean. The hotel was clean. I stayed there for the kitchen. There was no silverware, pots, pans, or cooking utensils. There was 1 plate and 1 bowel. No paper towels. The lady brought a skillet and utensils when I asked. My other complaint is there was no hair dryer. The guy at the desk said they don’t have them. I haven’t taken a hair dryer to a hotel since the 90s. "

"People please don't be couggh dead in this place, if I had known before I spent money on this place I would have stayed in my car, its not safe, clean or anything else. Don't be fooled by the website, that's the trick, after looking at the rooms, please, please go somewhere else safer. "

"My room was horrible. The hallway carpet was disgusting. The phone on the desk didn't work. There was no smoke detector. Floors hadn't been vacuumed. Coffee table was sticky and hadn't been cleaned. The sheer curtain had a huge tear in it so the blackout curtain was closed when I got in the room, which should have let me know something was wrong. The back of the remote control was missing. The walls are extremely thin. I got woken up Friday night by the people next door having sex, very loudly I might add. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning there."

"Cordial staff, room was nice and clean, functional, and the bed was comfy. Price was reasonable. We typically don’t stay at Fairfield. It was a pleasant experience and would stay again or even try another location. "

"Property was fine what we expected. The other tenants were the problem kids running the halls and screaming slamming doors until 1:30 am."

"This hotel is located in a huge outdoor shopping mall, a safe area with ample parking and several nice restaurants nearby. The hotel, however, has very outdated and noisy room air conditioner units. There is no complementary breakfast. You must pay for it. It has no coffee or tea in the lobby throughout the day. You must purchase it during their cafe hours. They do have a bar open after 5pm but it is limited in the wine selection. They have lots of room for improvement."
