"The Bavarian Lodge is a beautiful property in a great location, and the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It was a pleasant place to stay and made for a convenient base while exploring the area. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the customer service didn’t match the quality of the property. While the staff was professional, we didn’t find them to be especially welcoming or accommodating, and a warmer, more hospitable experience would have made a noticeable difference. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, and with a more guest-focused approach to service, it would easily earn five stars."

"We loved this property. The pictures don’t even do the room and views justice. Having nespresso or wine from our room’s patio or property’s many Adirondack chairs, enjoying the view, was a highlight of our time. And we were so happy they allowed dogs there, too. Our pug loved the space and many of the other couples had dogs too which was fun. Very dog friendly! The only two things to just mention about the room that were lacking for us was that there was no full length mirror and no window covering over the large window in the luggage/dining room (in the Pine king room at least) which is open to the main area/bedroom so it was very bright in the morning. But the stay was wonderful and we’re already planning a return!"

"The view was fantastic!!! Overlooking the river with privacy from neighbor rooms. Watched so many eagles soaring overhead! Breakfast was simple but nice in a clean, cozy, and Bavarian style nook again overlooking the river view. Staff was extremely helpful in suggesting the perfect place at Enchanted Park for us to park for free, and stroll to the river. We recommend Alpine Inn and will definitely stay there again :) Our only real problem was the balcony patio door was so hard to close and felt like its not set right. No screen door so had to keep closing it and thought it might get totally stuck or break. Room 214. Please have maintenance look at it before someone has a real problem."
