Our family enjoyed staying at this hotel. Convenience store and train station are just across the road. Friendly staff and the room was great. We love the free drinks, the curtains and lights on each bunk bed.

Great value

A great stay for a hotel very close to Disney. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I suggest if you have a stay near Tokyo Disney stay here.

Close to train station. Big room, nice bathroom. Beds were a little hard.. costs about 1000 yen to keep your luggage there before you check in or you can sign up for the free membership and pay about half the cost. Free drink machine in the lobby. The hotel workers speak good English! The customer service was good but for a couple extra dollars a night I would stay closer to Disney.

Affordable stay for Disneyland.

Great affordable hotel near Disneyland Tokyo. It is typical hotel size in Tokyo for its price. Have everything you needs in the room. If you just need a stay before heading to Disneyland I think is great. Very close to subway station is a big plus.

It is close to Disneyland and DisneySea. The room was clean and even had foot massage machine. There are two convenient stores within 3 minutes. I would definitely book here when I go to Disney Parks.

Great place that is 1 minute walk to the JR station. The room was spacious with lockers to store our items. You had to pay to lock it, but we just used it for storage

I can highly recommend this hotel 😊. Although the room is small which you expect anyway in Japan, our stay was enjoyable. The room is very clean with daily towel change and room cleaned 2x for our 7 nights stay. It has lift as well which is convenient if you have big luggage. The building from outside looks old but based on the room where we stayed it’s well maintained and I love the toilet sit it’s heated with the bidet 😊 Very close to Ichikawa Shiohama station exit just 1-2 minutes walk. No nearby restaurants but 2 convenience store on each side of train exit. Only 2?stops going to Disneyland. Their reception is manned 24 hrs but normally closed by midnight. Just message or give them a call if you’re arriving late. So if your arrival is early morning like we did you can still check in and somebody will be there for you. Laundry is a good thing as well just need to pay for wash and dry so you don’t need to bring too much clothes. All the receptionist are very friendly and very professional specially Nakazima (I hope I spelt his name right 😊) he speaks English well and all my queries answered and has given us advised where to go to and printed out directions for us. They have this luggage service as well which is very helpful and Nakazima did all that with the help of Suzuki. The other two receptionist during the day is so friendly as well but can’t remember their names sorry 😞. Overall this hotel is worth your money and the cleanliness is guaranteed.

Advertisement mentions it’s suitable for up to 6 people, unless you wish for 6 people to share 4 single beds (which most westerners do not) this isn’t really suitable for more than 4 people. Staff were friendly enough, though accidentally took one of our own towels (it was only out as unless more was paid they would only provide 4 towels), once we let them know they found and returned it though they had to provide a temporary towel as it had been placed in a dumpster to clean later). Softdrink was good though again only provide 4 cups unless more is paid.

Budget hotel really close you the JR line which was SO nice. Staff were all very kind and helpful despite some language barrier. Rooms were a little outdated, but very clean and sufficient for what we needed. Appreciated the TV with the Amazon Fire Stick. My only complaints are the check out of 9AM is way too early and the construction wasn't something I was notified of at the time of booking. But we made it work and I'd come back based on the customer service alone!

家族で利用しました。駅ロータリーから入庫する駐車場は歩道に上がる時に注意が必要です。夏場だったのでフローリングは気になりませんでしたが、冬は冷たいと思います。部屋は綺麗でディズニーから車で20.30分ぐらい、コンビニも近くコスパも良いので次も利用したいです。

TDSへ１５時から行くため、また翌日箱根までの移動があったため値段も安かったので宿泊を決めました。 チェックイン時間が２４時間との口コミを読み、荷物を預けてTDSに行こうとしたが、部屋の入室は１７時からとチェックイン時に言われ、またスーツケースなどの荷物も１個５４０円かかると言われて困惑した。 会員になれば無料と他の特典もつくとのことだが入会費に５４０円必要。 3人分の荷物があったので入会費を払い預かって頂きました。 しかし、TDSを楽しみホテルへ戻ると既に荷物も部屋へ運んで頂いており、部屋にはパジャマ・足マッサージ機、ミニプロジェクターなど想像以上に快適な部屋でした。 翌朝気づいたのですが、靴箱には靴乾燥機もありました。 トイレ、バスがセパレートで使いやすく、やや狭いかもしれませんが1泊、かつ翌朝早くに出発する私たちには快適でした。

TDLへのアクセスもよく、とても良かったです！唯一の欠点は周辺にコンビニ2軒と食事処1軒くらいしかなく、食事難民になったところ。それ以外は文句なし!また利用します。

ディズニーへ行くために2人で二泊三日で利用させていただきました。部屋はツインです。 目の前が市川塩浜駅のため移動が楽でした。部屋に関しても一人暮らしぐらいの部屋の広さで2人でほぼ寝るためだけに過ごす分には丁度よく、お値段以上のように感じました。ですが、洗面台にしか鏡がないため、メイクをする方が複数人いる状態で泊まられる場合は自前でメイク用の鏡を持ってくることをおすすめします。 折りたたみの簡易テーブルがあったので軽食を取れるスペースも準備することができます。フロントの対応も丁寧でとても良かったです。機会があればまた利用したいと思います。
