Five stars all around
Brilliant attentive and friendly service, nothing was too much. Welcome drink on arrival. Good local knowledge. Rooms are nice and have most amenities. Bar area, restaurant and pool area very cool and vibe. Eco credentials could improve by relaxing one use items (eg. Dental kit, vanity kit) with plastic free alternatives.

My stay at Sir Joan Hotel proved to be truly magnificent. The establishment exuded a contemporary ambiance, adorned with sleek, modern interiors predominantly cloaked in pristine white. The adept utilization of space lent an expansive feel to the rooms. The hotel's staff, paragons of helpfulness and impeccable service, exhibited an unwavering readiness to assist with any inquiries or needs within the city. The gastronomic experience at their butcher restaurant was particularly noteworthy, featuring delectable burgers that left an indelible impression. The meticulous room service and cleaning services were executed with precision, maintaining a commendable standard. The inclusion of complimentary Illy coffee in the room was a delightful touch, providing a rejuvenating boost to commence my mornings. Strategically positioned, the hotel boasts a fabulous location within walking distance of the city center and the marina. Undoubtedly, there could be no more ideal property to choose for a stay in Ibiza. I unequivocally anticipate a return to this exceptional establishment, reaffirming my intent to revisit and relish the unparalleled hospitality it affords.

The air conditioner kept shutting down two nights in a row. Had to call the front desk multiple times over two days to fix the issue. Somehow they were flies in the room even though the balcony was never opened. Breakfast was basic with limited options.

Dear Massiel,Thank you taking time to send us your comments about your stay. We take all issues that can take place during our customer stay very seriously and we do the follow up on them. Our Maintenance department went several times to check the air conditioning in your room during your stay and the temperature was 19º. We been until today traying to find the reason why during your stay you it shut down 2 times at night. We offered the option of changing to a different room but you find it also not cool enough.When Housekeeping staff cleans the hotel rooms they always open the balcony door to air them. We will make sure that when they do so they make sure that no flies enter the room if possible. We are sorry that you found our breakfast buffet with limited options. All the products we have are daily produced and from the best quality. Fantastic stay
We were there for a conference and could not have picked a better hotel for the trip. The location was perfect as being able to walk into town really enabled us to spend the down times in an enjoyable way.

One night. Beautiful stay. Super quirky design. Beautiful bar/pool/area pool very small but so lovely to have. Had lunch at butchers grill..excellent. Public bus from the airport stop just accross the road from hotel €7 each way takes about 20/25 mins. Hotel location excellent right at the edge of the town. Taxi to airport €18. Complementary bikes. Would not fault a thing. Staff fabulous.

We loved Sir Joan. From the moment we walked in and we’re greeted by our names and a warm welcome with Cava. It was our honeymoon so they also surprised us with a bottle of Cava and sweet note in our room. Hotel felt like luxury and everyone who we encountered who worked at the hotel was so helpful and nice.

We stayed as a family group of seven adults - our entire stay was great. The staff go above and beyond - super friendly, efficient and professional. The hotel itself is smart, stylish and uses all of its advantages as a small hotel; staff quickly knew us by name and there is none of the anonymous feel in lots of larger places.

Incredible hospitality. As soon as we got in, we were sat down with a glass of cava and our bags were taken to the room. Lovely pool and sun beds. Bedroom was beautiful with a super comfy bed. Would highly recommend.

Location for everything!!
We stayed at the hotel the first day it opened after the covid 19. The place wasn't quite into full flow, the restaurant was fully open and the stunning pool wasn't fully filled with water. But we still had a great time in a beautiful hotel. Room was lovely and staff were really friendly.

As soon as we pulled up in the taxi we just knew this hotel was special. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms were spectacular and the ambience was first class. We loved our stay so much and can’t wait to go back.

The hotel is quite nice, lobby and pool area is very nicely decorated. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms are nicely decorated, but the standard room is quite small. Location is away from many amenities such as restaurants, bars and other stores. The restaurant in the hotel has good food, but it's very expensive. It's also located right by a major thoroughfare so lots of traffic noise throughout the day and well into the evening. Our room in particular had a number of minor issues such as the deadbolt not working, the do not disturb light not working, loud humming noise coming from the pipes while showering, aircon temporarily not working. The hotel staff was quick to listen and address and almost all of these issues were resolved within the same day. The snacks in the room are quite expensive too. All in all, a mixed experience at Sir Joan.
