"There are zero redeeming qualities about this hotel. The shower consisted of a bucket, the bed was on an old metal box spring and the mattress felt like it came from a fold out couch. All of that was forgivable and Ina way quaint and a fun little story for friends. however, the dozens of aggressive mosquitos in the room were the last straw. "
"Average budget hotel, rooms, linen dirty, old rusty fittings, small rooms. Room service staff very slow and careless. Management need to train staff specifically for customer service and facility management, cleaniness & professionalism. "
"Property is ok but needs maintenance, lobby should bigger if not then should have empty seats for customers. I saw all employees sitting and busy with their cell phones watching videos and customers just standing.
Too old towels were provided, change to new once. It was very bad. "
"Property is in a bad stinky neighborhood. the staff didn’t listen to my request to give me a rain check. I booked this hotel by mistake and then had to checkout in few hours without using the facility. The location is not good community or neighborhood as per locals"
