Unprofessional hotel in the area
The hotel inside is completely different from they claim, they don't have bottled drinking water, the room is small with no cupboards, bathroom has no hot water, room has no kettle, room not cleaned even when told to be cleaned and overall the experience is disappointing

Total disappointed trip because of hotel
Following are my observations for future visitors..
1. Outside view- Hotel's outside photo shown in website is around 50 years old.... Current condition of hotel is pathetic from outside. It looks very ordinary and dirty.
2. Parking- No parking space available for big car, since this hotel situated in very crowdy area and hotel manager is asking casually to park vehicle on road... Every morning my vehicle became dusty.... Basement parking is only for small car but it was horrible and full of hotel daily waste.
3. Room- Room's condition was not different than outside view. Room was very very old style (definitely not matching with photos in hotels.com) with noisy fan and one stand by fan (i think for those who like more noisy night).
4. Breakfast- hotel don't have restaurant so they have converted two rooms as area for breakfast. Breakfast also brought from road side stalls.. If you go late than then probably you will not get the breakfast.
5. Staff- supporting staff, but very slow in response.
Summary- just don't go with photos and attractive offer by both hotel and Hotels.com. Only suitable for 1 night stay.

Good except few staffs
I booked the room in this hotel by seeing the photo given in the website. In reality, the hotel does not look as it is in photo. But, the rooms are really nice and comfort. Breakfast was given as complimentary, but not at all necessary to give it in such low quality. Staffs is reception were kind and helpful. It would be better if service boys learn a bit manners when ladies around (not to keep staring from head to toe, as if they are from different world). Overall we had a nice stay since hotel is very near to most of the important places to visit in hyderabad
