Room they assigned us was terrible. The bathroom has no ventilation fan, the facuet was leaky, we could hear bathroom usage from neighboring room (imagine that). Electrical points were coming off of the wall. Entire room felt stinky. I would never return to this property neither would I recommend. Only good things about this property were the staff, the restaurant in it and proximity to the US Consulate.

My room was clean and well equipped. WiFi was working properly. AC also was working. Very close to the consulate, which makes it very convenient. The breakfast buffet is great withany options. The reception is helpful.

One of the front desk staff does not even know how to handle customers and gave a really bad impression . Checkin was really slow as well Bathroom size is really small compared to the price of the property . No desk to eat food at the room (standard room) . Towels were felt like they haven’t replaced it in several years . Only positive side of the property is it is with in 3 mins walking distance to US consulate if you are going for interview .

In Delux room is quite good but no fridge, no dining small table faced difficult to eat, most important in front dest at reception area a female was there she s didn't care about the hospitality how to maintain the front desk as well as to take care about people who were waiting for there rooms to check in including me. She used to yalk with hotel staff like vegetables market lady. I got twice got disturbed by her worse voice i went outside but 3rd time i i couldn't tolerate n made us to wait here Peacefully af6a hectic flight journey as well as i was preparing there for my next day meeting. I never experience this type of front dest behavior. Request to the owner they should check cameras frequently . Hotel is in good area, convenient, near to US Embassy, hyderabad....

Well, I stayed for 5 nights on business in the Delux room. The room was dirty, and in spite of asking the staff to clean it they only cleaned it once in 6 days I was there. Water bottles are charged. The noise was disturbing. Even the staff make lot of noise at night. I found it difficult to sleep. The worst part was the breakfast, it was just namesake. I had to have coffee from a nearby hotel as the machine coffee was pathetic. And some days that was also not there as it was not working. Also, coffee is not available from room service. I could have got better accomodation for the price I paid from the other hotels at the same location. Room service was food was too oily. The reviews here are not accurate. There rooms are not gated and can be accessed by anyone. But they have surveillance cameras, hope it is working.
