Great Hydrabad visit

Central location for visiting Charmina Pearl market, Shabdab for best Briyani. The Fort was well worth a visit with the night laser show. Hotel on site Restaurant was very good value for choice, taste and service. Hotel staff were very helpful. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

Ideal for buisness travel .

The Stay was good . Centrally located . Dinner menu has very limited options and relatively expensive . Morning break fast is good and could be improved in the continental options and some dry fruits . Other wise overall stay was very good .

Good option for price and location

Adjacent to a Metro Station, in a street with many hotels, this is a very good option for exploring the vast City. Buffet breakfast was excellent and staff were generally attentive and always polite and friendly. Downsides.....traffic noise can be excessive even in the small hours. Room cleaning and replacing used items is 'haphazard'. Despite a request in advance for information about Airport Transfers no teply was forthcoming......yet the Hotel has a desk (not always staffed!) for just such requests. So although it's a 'good' hotel, it certainly isn't 'outstanding'.

Top-notch accommodation experience

There are a lot of plus points of staying at this hotel. First, the location. The property is located in front of the Lakdi-ka-pul metro station. All the outstation buses as well as the bus to Ramoji Film City is at the hotel’s doorstep. Second, good food. Our package included morning breakfast and they have a variety of options to choose from. We stayed there for 5 days and were never bored of the food. Third, cleanliness. The rooms were super clean, and the housekeeping staff ensures that they do this on a daily basis without you having to request for it. Fourth, service. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. If you need help with directions, shopping, travel, they are always ready to help. They even helped us change our room in 15 minutes since we were unhappy with the first room they had provided. Lastly, it is conveniently located at walkable distance from attractions and restaurants like Birla Temple, Cafe Niloufer, Shah Ghouse, etc. We had an amazing overall experience and never felt unsafe at any point during our stay in Hyderabad.

They will photograph you as if you were a criminal when you check in at the hotel. That should be reason never to stay at this place, but if that is not enough, read all the bad reviews and believe them! The rooms don't look like the photos, the bed was super uncomfortable and the place is noisy. The only good thing about this place is how friendly the housekeeping staff are.

Newly Refurbished Hotel - Spic & Span

An excellent central location for access to both Hyderabad and Secunderabad. The Hotel interiors had been just completely refurbished and was amaingly clean and shinning. B'fast was a so-so fare, nothing to write to home about but palatable. Rooms were fairly spacious but very clean and room service was impeccable and reponsive. I highly recommend this property to families and business travelers.

The worst western ! The hotel is a total disaster , we never ate in the restaurant as the whole place was dirty ! Room not much better ! Dirty sheets , blocked toilet, no hot water, the room hadn’t been cleaned from the last guest ! We left after two days ! But we had booked for four and paid for breakfast as well . My advice ! Give this hotel a miss.

Location was very convenient for travel. Did not like: 1. Hot water was available only in the basin and that too only in the morning. This was brought to the notice of the staff but there was no change.

Hotel is located in an area when you can get to everything quickly, however, it is located next to a very busy road, which was noisy with a lot of trucks and buses, honking all the time. If you don't mind the noise and if you sleep well with all the surrounding disturbance, then it is OK for you.
