"I had a great time staying here; the ability to quickly get up and walk to near by restaurants and grocery chains were awesome. Even taking the bus route to Monroeville Mall and Convention centre was quite easy. Room was great and bed was comfy, but I found outlet ports were quite loose, and some of the towels were stained by previous guests. Overall though, probably the safest, cleanest and most comfortable affordable motel I've ever stayed at."

"The room was ok, but run down and outdated. The building was dirty inside and out. Trash in the halls and in the stairwell. I can take a property that isn’t well maintained but a building that isn’t clean? No excuse for that. The room was neat but I wouldn’t say clean. Black out curtains did not block out light at all, drawers all stuck and the toilet ran all the time. I didn’t even bother to check out the pool or breakfast."

"The breakfast options were limited and the elevator was very slow. All of the front desk staff and breakfast staff I met were all very friendly and helpful. It was also nice to have a laundry facility in the hotel. "

"While the staff and the hotel itself was good. We were in a room directly next to the elevators and the WiFi did not work in the room at all. We needed it for work while we were there. It was awful having to work from our hotspots because the AP (access point) on our side of the building wasn’t working and they never got it up and running. It sucked and made us leave a day early. "

"Very disappointing stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott. I paid $255 per night expecting a decent hotel experience, but this felt more like a cheap motel. The room was small and not properly cleaned, which is unacceptable at this price point. The biggest letdown was the view - as vou can see in the photos, it's basically a parking lot with a dumpster area. There's no atmosphere, no appeal, nothing you'd expect from a Marriott property. Overall, the hotel feels neglected and completely overpriced for what you get. Definitely not worth the money. I would not stay here again. Much cheaper hampton inn across the street"
