The hotel and rooms were spotless, The staff were friendly and attentive but not overly attentive. The view from the room was absolutely stunning and the location of the hotel was perfect for our needs we will definitely stay here again if we're ever back in Dong Hoi

Although it isn't a biggie, some of the products promised weren't delivered on, e.g. no welcome drinks. Cold coffee on both mornings we were there, breakfast was good but not fantastic. Probably the nicest place in phong nha The staff were excellent and helpful. The location is Central close to hallo coffee which has great coffee. Nguyen Shack Retreat
Amazing retreat for some piece and quiet. Very close to Phong Nha caves. The food was at their restaurant was ver good. We loved the little piglets on the property.
