"Communication with check in staff is very convenient via WhatsApp and prompt to respond. Instructions to collect keys and locating the designated parking spot are clear. Apartment is clean though the furnishing is spartan; will be more homely if the place is spruced up. The water heater and water pressure in the common bathroom didn’t work for us though; but the bathroom in the master bedroom worked well. Location is very convenient; almost next door to Aeon Mall."

"The room is quite clean. Just that the bathroom easily gets wet. Overall quite ok."

"Stayed in a twin room. Everything was ok except for the small and narrow toilet which means the whole toilet gets wet after showering. The shower is right in front of the door, so we had to be careful not to spray water at the door or else the floor outside might get wet. Also, the shower is handheld... which is inconvenient. The worst is the amount of mold on the toilet floor and on the shower hose. This is easy to clean off with some bleach or scrubbing so I wish more effort was put into cleaning"

"1. Rooms are dirty and aged 2. Receptionist are not friendly and looks like they are not happy to work there. 3. Limited choices in the breakfast settings. Dining tables and chairs in the restaurant on level 2 are like canteens in factories 4. Power switches in the room falling apart. 5. Its stated that it's a 4 star hotel. But it's infact a 1 star. Badly run down premise. 6. No security measures. Any one can just get into the rooms from lifts or stairs. Its ashame that this hotel has been left unattended. Should need a fully renovation. "
