"Reasons for only one star (but some. Hope at he end): - dirty linens, no top sheet on 3 of 3 rooms and one of our three rooms had no blankets, despite cold weather - No hot water during the complete stay - filthy stairs and common rooms in one building. This was under refurbishment, but nobody cared about the guests - breakfast was not edible for Norwegians - staff saying problems would be fixed quickly, but nothing happened, again and again - obvious fake reviews on the site.
