Hung Yen Province Packages (Flight + Hotel)

Staff were absolutely fabulous, so helpful. We loved our stay the room was comfortable and the hotel was in a perfect position in the old town. Even though it was so central we were not bothered by any noise.

Breakfast was around the corner in their sister hotel, staff were a little slow, had to ask for a coffee cup, the milk had ran out and took several minutes for them to top up even though the dining room is about the size of a standard living room in someone’s house and the kitchen just off it! Hotel in a great location tho so we just went elsewhere for breakfast.

Staff were amazing , especially Linh and the ladies at reception. They facilitated a couple of difficult situations easing our stress and making it seemless.

Amazing Value! Clean Rooms, staff is amazing, Da does a great job with reservations for restaurants and spa. Conveniently Located walking distance to Old Quarter. Beware Hotel is located in front of a Hospital and there is construction too, so don't expect to sleep for long as the noise will keep you up and probably quiet hours are 2-4 if you are lucky.

The staff and service are outstanding here!! They are very attentive to their guests. The breakfast has great variety and delicious food. It is conviently located and everything is within walking distance. The rooms are clean but you may eant to check them out once you get the key. Some are more maintained than the others. Also, for the premium rooms with a window, make sure you get a room on the right side where you can see the city. If not, you will be looking at the back of the building. Despite those issues, the staff and their excellent service makes up for any inconvience. They will go out of their way to help you have a comfortable stay.
