Top Hulu Yam Lama Hotel Reviews

Antara Genting Highlands by Silaslee

10/10 Excellent

"We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Spacious, nice view of cable car and the mountain. Very clean and host is very responsive. The security system of the building is good. The facilities were great, it has a bowling alley, indoor pool, indoor fun pool, golf simulator, hummock garden, outdoor playground, a small indoor trampoline room, etc. Definately exceeded my expectation. The walk to Sky World theme park is manageable, about 15 mins walk. Sheltered link bridge all the way with sections of escalators. It may be a bit tricky for stroller tho cos there is no lift, only escalators. Alternatively, taking a grab is fairly inexpensive, around RM10 per trip for a 4 seaters ride. waiting time is reasonable too."

Swiss-Garden Hotel & Residences, Genting Highlands

8/10 Good

"We had a pleasant 3D2N stay at Swiss-Garden Hotel & Residences. One of the highlights was being allowed to check in early (subject to availability during the day) which we really appreciated. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the staff were friendly, willing to refill food, and housekeeping did a good job making up the room and offer more drinking water. However, there are several areas that could be improved. First, the parking instructions were unclear, and as first-time guests we had to ask the security guard where to park. Second, the swimming pool and gym were not in the main building, so we had to take two or three different lifts to reach the facilities on levels 41 and 42, which was inconvenient. The pool area also needs improvement. Out of the 8 lockers in male changing room, 4 were not working and 4 occupied and bad smell, leaving us no secure storage for phones and valuables. In addition, some areas around the pool were very dark at night with insufficient lighting, which could be a safety risk. The toilets were also some distance from the pool. Lastly, the breakfast area needed more active table cleaning, especially during long weekends. When we arrived, many tables still had used plates and leftovers, making it hard to find a clean table. Overall, the stay had its positives, especially with the friendly staff and breakfast variety, but clearer parking directions, more convenient access to facilities, better pool safety, and improved breakfa"

Genting Ria Apartment by C&T

10/10 Excellent

"The staff especially the boss is very friendly and upgrade us their best room as we are regular customer. The room is indeed bigger, beds bigger, clean room, wifi and tv box included. Parking is free and at ease. Eateries, cafe, mini mart and laundry shop at ground floor. Going to Genting also 5mins away"
