Affordable, friendly, and air-conditioned

This hotel is perfect for an affordable stay near the beach. The staff was very friendly. Although the pictures do not reflect the current state of the rooms (the rooms are not as updated or large as the pics show), the AC works great, they make sure to get you to and from the airport, and the breakfast was good.

I was trying to coordinate pick up times for the airport transfer via the chat feature on Hotels.com and they were very unresponsive. They mentioned once they would coordinate with my other hotel for boat arrival and they never contacted them. I had my hotel reach out to them and was advised of my arrival and nobody was there. I learned the hard way that there's an information desk at the airport that will contact the hotel for you for them to pick you up. Needless to say, I waited at the airport for 45 min for my ride. My bathroom window wood not shut so I kept smelling cigarettes and the bed was hard as a rock.

The photos online and the property are NOT the same. The super deluxe room was miserable. No windows/ sunlight, dingy, the towels were crusty (sun dried vs in dryer), the bath mats were dirty and our one side of "king bed" (two twins pushed together) had stains. We saw a spider and what looked like it's next meal, a cockroach. The rooftop photos versus what is there is not true. Pictures show a fun dining experience but reality is 3 chairs scattered about. There are no activities sponsored by the hotel otherwise suggested on their Instagram/site. There is also no elevator however the only plus was the staff was helpful and took care of our luggage. The beach is across the street, but there is no "hotel guest" spot. It is a public beach with enforced local laws, ie. no bikinis, shorts with bathing suits. Also bring your own beach towels because the hotel does not provide although they did let us use the bath towels. There are no lounge chairs at the beach either. We stayed here for 1 night before our flight home.

Transfer to hotel/airport included. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Rooms not very clean. I think they had a crazy busy period but I stayed in 2 rooms and neither were ver clean. Beachfront property, and seaview rooms were nice. No elevator/lift but staff carries luggage to your room. Food in restaurant/ room service very good.

次の日に別のリゾート地に向かうために一泊だけ宿泊する予定です利用しました。 当日夜遅くのフライトで到着しましたが、無料の送迎などとても便利でした。また、次の日に向かうリゾート先のスタッフが空港にいなくて明日の水上飛行機の時間が分からず焦りましたが、ロヌヴェリのスタッフさんが連絡して下さり大変助かりました。 次の日の朝6:00に空港に戻らないと行けなかったのですが、24時間送迎無料のサービスが本当に便利でした。非常に旅がスムーズになり、感謝しております。 チェックイン時には、多くの客が同じタイミングで到着していたので時間はかかりましたが、特に問題はありませんでした。 私たちはオーシャンビューが見える二階の部屋だったのですが、とても清潔で見晴らしも凄く良かったです。 少し気になったことが2点 ・電気でお湯を沸かして備蓄するタイプなのか、お湯が途中で出なくなりました。 ・雨季にためか、寝る時に波の音が少し気になりました 滞在時間は6時間ほどでしたが、モルディブ都内においてはなかなかのクオリティ、サービスの良さだったのではないかと思いました。スタッフもとても親切でした。 （リゾートから戻ってきて最終日に都内を少し歩き回りましたが、他の施設はなかなかサービスの質も清潔感も悪く思えました。もう行くことはないでしょう。） このホテルを選んで良かったです。

Would consider staying here again for a night only

Overpriced hotel, could have spent much lesser on hotels around that area with better quality standards. Lots of mosquitoes and the furniture are old and defective. Entitled to 2 bottles of water. Anything more you have to pay them. Plus point is that they provide free airport transfer (24 hours).

Ok stay.

Altogether, the Hotel was not bad. Hotel rooms photo is somehow taken at an angle or stretched so that it appears big. In reality however the Deluxe room which I was staying in is somewhere 8ft x 8ft which was kind of let down as we did not expect room to be so small. It had a separate bathroom and toilet with enough space, a balcony for smoking, side table, small fridge and a Safe. There was no phone, AC remote and TV remote in room which I had to ask the reception and they promptly provided. Wifi speed was okay in general however the signal would be completely lost frequently. Breakfast was not buffet as I was expecting however they would provide you with milk, corn flakes, honey, butter, bread and some items from the kitchen menu during breakfast. It's better to eat somewhere outside as I didn't see anybody eating in the Hotel, actually I didn't see any tourists around. There is a beach outside however water is not as clean as you might get around the islands, and also tourists are rare on the beach. You can stay here as the hotel staff were polite and if you are okay with small room ;).

픽업을 1시간이나 기다리게한 호텔

위치가 좋으며, 숙소상태도 평균입니다. 다만 공항에 픽업이 나와있지않아서, 인포메이션에서 호텔로 전화를 걸었고, 무려 1시간만에 호텔직원이 왔습니다. 문제는 차가 문제가 있다며 차없이 왔더군요... 결국 그사람이 다른호텔의 차량을 여러번 컨택한 후에 공항에서 한시간만에 떠날수 있었어요...... 정말 최악이었습니다. 밤에 도착했는데 공항에서 다른 여행객들이 다 떠난뒤에 제일늦게 떠난겁니다. 심지어 다음날 예약해둔 리조트에선 로누벨리호텔에 7시까지 공항으로 오라해서 체크아웃을 06시30분에 했어요..... 덕분에 엄청 피곤한상태로 다음날아침 리조트가서 체크인 하자마자 자야만했어요.
