"Please do not go for this hotel.it is terrible.The room they showed on pics did not match with reality. Very unprfessional staff. Gave dinner order ar 7PM for elderly customer who checked in and dinner arrived at 9.30PM after few followups.

The room service folks had charged us for an extra item and would not take it off the bill but later compensated with a bowl of ice-cream. The hotel lobbies were loud with kids and women/men yelling across the hall at 3am. The rooms are NOT soundproof. Even after complaining, nothing was done regarding it because the next night, the yelling in the halls persisted. I definitely will not be booking this hotel at all. No matter how close it is to the airport. It just isn't worth it."
