"This hotel is conveniently located to haystack rock. There are many wild bunnies on the property. The bed was comfortable. The room was stuffy. It had heat, but no AC. I had the window open but there wasn't much circulation. There was a box fan, but it was still warm for September. I was in a first floor room that was noisy due to foot traffic and people walking dogs. There is convenience parking. The staff is friendly and gave dining recommendations. There is a pool and hot tub that I did not use."

The amenities they offer at no additional charge is really above and beyond! Included were breakfast, coffee and snacks, happy hour each evening, beach chairs, umbrellas, kids' toys, and complimentary shuttles to town. The staff was friendly, the hotel charming, and the location fabulous"
