"The front desk man was very kind and helpful, our room, although outdated and rundown, was as very clean. There was plenty of parking despite them being sold out. I suppose my rating Is reflecting more on the experience my mom and I had that really the hotel didn’t have control over. A person came to our door close to midnight and started banging on the door, it was very scary. The issue was resolved but by that time I was so nervous I couldn’t sleep at all. I would say there should be a more direct line to front desk, to get some help. I had to dial a number, go through all the prompts to get to speak with someone.
If needed, it’s a good value for your money. Just don’t get a room that has access from the outside. "
"Clean room, Staff was friendly, beds was comfortable and it was quiet. Close to the places we needed to be at. Rooms was really nice and bathrooms was spacious. "
"At first glance, the hotel is modern and newer. Once I got to the room, I was not satisfied with the dirty surfaces. The kitchen sink had grime around the faucet and drain area. The bathroom door looked very dirty and did not get wiped. There was a smear of fresh looking makeup on there. The bathroom door and ceiling paint is peeling already. Poor obvious spackling on ceiling with paint not matching and sanding not done. The shower floor and shelves were dirty with black dirt and fuzz residue. It really needs a good deep scrubbing. The pump caps on the shower soaps and hand soap were disgusting and obviously not wiped/sanitized. Whoever did the grout and caulk in the bathroom did a terrible job. For a newer hotel, my expectations were not met. If the cleaning standard doesn’t improve this place is going to be even worst and falling apart soon. Walls are thin, I could hear someone having a karaoke party late at midnight. The breakfast sandwich buffet was not impressive with the ham overdone, dry, and hard, the sausage tastes like mystery meat, and milk was not cold enough. Housekeeper knocking on my door and saying housekeeping when there is the do not disturb sign on door. Dog hair on the sofa. I liked the kitchen suite amenities and spacious desk/counter area. They did have a nice pack n play for my kiddo. Security of side doors was a positive with no one being able to get in without a key card. Parking was plentiful but mostly in the sun, limited shade areas."
